The NASA HQ Information Center serves NASA Headquarters and NASA employees as well as government contractors and officials, educators, and members of the national and international public. Inquiries are received by electronic mail, postal mail, phone and in person.
The Information Center staff provides directional and core information concerning the functions, activities and personnel of the Headquarters Facility to approximately 5,000 persons who call, visit, or write NASA Headquarters each month. The staff also responds to requests for publications and reports produced by NASA. For information pertaining to other NASA Centers, people are directed to the appropriate NASA Information Center.
